Let yourself be enchanted by this wine tour in Pic Saint-Loup and the legendary valley of Pic Saint-Loup, home to one of Languedoc’s most fascinating wine regions. Its picturesque and geologically unique landscape has become the emblem of one of the most dynamic and renowned appellations in the region, shaped by talented winemakers.

Full-day Wine Tour – 7 hours

Your guide will pick you up at 9:30am at your accommodation. After a 30-minute drive, you will first visit a traditional olive oil mill and discover its delicious specialities, including olives, tapenades, various olive oils and vinegars.

You will then visit a first local winery, where you will discover the estate, learn about its winemaking and taste a selection of wines from the Pic Saint-Loup appellation.

For lunch, you can choose between two options: we can reserve a table at a very good restaurant in the region, or arrange a more informal and authentic lunch at the winery, with a selection of local charcuterie and cheeses, accompanied by the estate’s wines.

In the afternoon, you will stop at the foot of the mountain to enjoy a beautiful panoramic view over the Pic Saint-Loup valley and its two medieval castles. You will then visit a second, highly renowned winery, offering the opportunity to discover another expression of the Pic Saint-Loup terroir and taste a selection of its acclaimed wines.

Return to Montpellier around 4:30pm after a day combining wine, olive oil, local gastronomy and the exceptional landscapes of Pic Saint-Loup.

Alternative itinerary: the tour can also be arranged around the visit of three wineries, instead of two wineries and an olive oil producer.
