Learn to taste wine…
The goal of this workshop is to introduce you
to wine tasting in a friendly and simple way.
- What are the steps of wine tasting?
- How to perceive aromas?
- What is the wine vocabulary?
- How to evaluate a wine with professionnal tasting notes?
- How to pair wine and food?
You will be able to implement your tasting skills, test your knowledge and experiment wine and food pairing with our tapas.

I made a selection among our wine growers partners of 6 quality wines reflecting the diversity and richness of our “terroirs” to provide an overview of what our winemakers can do best !
You will also learn about the history of our vineyard, largest in France by its surface, which represents 30% of the overall french production.
…during a pleasant evening in the open air !
As from May, we will welcome you twice a month in the open air, in a pleasant garden hidden in the center of Montpellier. You will be able to take advantage of the cool summer nights and taste our selection of wines in the shade of an old hackberry.
The workshop starts at 7.30 PM and lasts around 2 hours
