We can organize a tailored made shore excursion from Sete to discover and taste the best wines and delicacies of the Languedoc.

Our minibus with our expert wine guide will come and pick-you up directly at the your cruise port in Sète and bring you in a full day or half day tour depending of your wishes. Some of those tours can also be organized on Sundays and bank holidays, please ask for availability…

We can offer you various options to sample the best of our region:

Half day or full day wine tour
If you want to know all about the wines from our beautiful region: visit 2 or 3 local wine estates, learn about the characteritics of the wines, the soils, the grape varieties and the wine making process. Taste a range of whites, reds and rosés wines at each winery and of course our delicious crisp white wine, the Picpoul de Pinet.

We can also arrange a visit to the Pic Saint-Loup or Terrasses du Larzac wine region.
Wine and Oyster tour
Combine the visit of wine estates to a visit of an oyster farm along the Thau Lagoon. Learn about the farming process and taste oysters freshly out of the water.
Possibility to include a 1 hour cruise on the lagoon to see the oysters bed.
Montpellier and the wine châteaux.
Take advantage of the day to visit the city of Montpellier in the morning, then enjoy a delicous groumet lunch at the Château de Flaugergues. After lunch, stroll through its beautiful “jardin à la française” and taste its excellent range of wines. Finish the day with the visit of the famous château Puech Haut settled in the middle of the vineyards.
The flavors of Thau: a delicious tour to sample the regional delicacies
This full day tour is designed for foodies who want to taste the best of our local specialities. You will visit a biscuit and madeleine factory, an farm and taste wines, local cheeses, olives and tapenades at home with your local guide in the middle of the vineyards. The lunch break also takes you to the beautiful medieval town of Pézenas. More details here.
